We have even more options in the Hudson Valley of ways to workout, outdoors. On social media, James Skoufis made a post about these new, free community fitness courts that are available in Orange County.

In his post, he shared,

"Yesterday, I joined the City of Middletown and Port Jervis school district to celebrate the opening of two brand new National Fitness Center Fitness Court Studios."

Where Can We Enjoy These Free, Outdoor Fitness Destinations In Orange County?

James Skoufis also mentioned that these workout spaces are located Maple Hill Park in Middletown and Port Jervis High School in Port Jervis. I was excited to learn that $500,000 were spent for these new, outdoor workout destinations through his office!

These courts are available for those who are 14 years or older and can enjoy these workout spaces featuring seven fitness zones. Most importantly, I love the idea that this is free!
