El 14 de agosto aproximadamente a las 7:00 am, la policía de la ciudad de Newburgh
respondió al área de RT 17K & Dealer Drive por el reporte de un accidente automovilístico. En la escena, los oficiales se encontraron con un Chevy Equinox 2018 con un frente pesado.

el Chevrolet 2018 viajaba hacia el oeste por la Rt 17K y el Kia 2017 viajaba hacia el este por la Rt 17K. Según testigos, el Chevrolet 2018 cruzó la línea central en el camino del Kia 2017, creando una colisión frontal.
